What we manage

Complete management, for Amazon sellers.

Autopilot Commerce's core service is full-service, hands-on management of a client's existing Amazon Seller Central account. Rather than one-off consulting, we take ongoing operational ownership of the five functions below, under Amazon's Authorized User Permissions system, so a seller gets one accountable team instead of piecing together freelancers for each task.

Every engagement is built around three things: core offerings — the day-to-day management tasks listed here; benefits — measurable improvements in account health, sales stability and time returned to the seller; and expertise — a team that runs its own live multi-marketplace Amazon account to the same standard (see Track record below).

Customer Service

Buyer messages and A-to-z claims handled with timely, on-brand responses and resolution tracking. Benefit: lower claim rates and protected seller feedback.

Listing Optimization

Titles, bullet points, backend search terms and A+ Content rebuilt and maintained for search visibility and conversion. Benefit: higher organic ranking and conversion rate.

Inventory Management

Stock tracking, reorder timing and FBA/FBM coordination to protect Buy Box and prevent stockouts. Benefit: fewer lost sales days and less capital tied in dead stock.

Account Health

Policy compliance monitoring, performance metrics and proactive resolution of account health issues. Benefit: reduced risk of suspension and steady account standing.

In detail

What each service actually involves.

Every service listed above, broken down into the specific, recurring tasks our team carries out — not a vague promise of "we handle everything."

Customer Service

Buyer communication and resolution
  • 01Buyer messaging — responding to buyer-seller messages within Amazon's required response window, covering order status, product questions and complaints.
  • 02A-to-z claims — responding to A-to-z claims with supporting evidence to protect valid orders.
  • 03Feedback & review monitoring — tracking seller feedback and product reviews for issues that need proactive outreach or policy escalation.
  • 04Case escalation — identifying messages that require a Seller Support case log and following them through to resolution.
  • 05Response time tracking — monitoring average response time against Amazon's SLA and reporting it to the client.

Listing Optimization

Content built and maintained for visibility and conversion
  • 01Title & bullet point rewrites — keyword-informed copy aligned with category style guides and character limits.
  • 02Backend search terms — populating and refreshing hidden keyword fields to support search indexing.
  • 03A+ Content — building and updating rich content modules for brand-registered ASINs.
  • 04Image & video review — flagging non-compliant images and coordinating replacements with the seller.
  • 05Competitor benchmarking — periodic review of competing listings to spot gaps in copy, images or pricing perception.
  • 06Listing health checks — catching suppressed listings, variation errors and content that's fallen out of compliance.

Inventory Management

Stock kept available without over-investing capital
  • 01Stock level tracking — monitoring FBA and FBM stock across all active SKUs against sales velocity.
  • 02Reorder point calculation — flagging when stock needs reordering based on lead time and sell-through rate.
  • 03FBA shipment planning — coordinating inbound shipment plans and timing to avoid stockouts.
  • 04Excess & aged stock review — identifying slow-moving or aged inventory and recommending liquidation or removal.
  • 05Multi-marketplace coordination — balancing stock allocation where the same inventory pool is shared across marketplaces.

Account Health

Keeping the account compliant and off Amazon's radar
  • 01Metric monitoring — tracking order defect rate, late shipment rate, cancellation rate, policy violations and Voice of the Customer status.
  • 02Plans of action — preparing appeals and plans of action for policy violations or listing suspensions.
  • 03Policy compliance review — checking new and existing listings against category-specific policy requirements.
  • 04Notification triage — reviewing Seller Central performance notifications daily and acting on anything account-health relevant.
  • 05Suspension risk escalation — flagging early warning signs and taking corrective action before thresholds are breached.
How engagements start

From application to active management.

A short, structured onboarding so access is granted correctly and management begins without disruption to live sales.

01 / APPLY

Account review

We review the current state of the Seller Central account: catalog size, marketplaces, health status and existing management, if any.

02 / ONBOARD

Authorized access

The seller grants Authorized User Permissions through Seller Central. No password sharing, no account transfer — access is scoped and revocable.

03 / MANAGE

Active management

Our team takes over day-to-day operations across the agreed scope, with regular reporting on health and sales performance.

About Autopilot Commerce

Built by an active Amazon seller, for Amazon sellers.

Autopilot Commerce provides ongoing, full-service management of a seller's existing Amazon account. In practice this means our team logs into the client's Seller Central account under scoped Authorized User Permissions and takes day-to-day responsibility for the four core functions listed above — responding to buyer messages and support cases, keeping listings compliant and optimized, managing stock levels, and monitoring account health — reporting back to the seller on an agreed cadence. We manage using the same operational standards proven on a multi-marketplace catalog across Amazon UK and EU that our team operates (see the anonymized case study below). Management is granted exclusively through Amazon's Authorized User Permissions system — the same access model used by Amazon's Solution Provider Network.

  • Access via Seller Central Authorized User Permissions only — never credential sharing
  • Scoped, revocable permissions defined per client agreement
  • UK-based operation, working across UK, EU, US, CA and MX marketplaces
  • Reporting cadence agreed with each client, not a fixed template

Data & access handling

All account access is granted and revoked directly by the seller through Amazon's own permissions system. Autopilot Commerce does not request Seller Central login credentials under any circumstance.

Scope of engagement

Each engagement has a written scope covering exactly which functions are managed. Inventory capital, ad spend and Amazon/government fees remain the seller's responsibility.

Who this is for

Sellers who need reliable day-to-day account operation — whether launching a new account correctly or handing over an established catalog that has outgrown a single operator.

Track record & credentials

Run by operators, backed by results.

Autopilot Commerce isn't a startup agency learning on client accounts. The team applies the same standards it uses to run its own multi-marketplace Amazon operation — so every process offered to clients has already been proven on a live, revenue-generating catalog.

Case study — Multi-category UK/EU seller (anonymized)

Multi-marketplace catalog taken from inconsistent performance to a stable, healthy operation.

A multi-category seller account spanning 1,200+ live SKUs across UK and EU Amazon marketplaces, covering private label, branded electronics and automotive accessory categories, was brought under the same account management approach we offer clients — systematic listing audits, inventory forecasting and account health monitoring. This resolved duplicate ASIN Buy Box splitting, reduced dead/zombie stock exposure, and resolved a fitment-driven product issue through root-cause analysis rather than reactive listing fixes. Details are anonymized; the operating results below are genuine.

Multi-marketplace experience

Active operation across Amazon UK, EU (DE, FR, IT, ES) and other channels, handling FBA and FBM fulfilment, VAT-compliant invoicing and cross-border disbursement reconciliation.

Category breadth

Hands-on expertise across private label brand launches, branded electronics, automotive parts and battery replacement lines — including compliance-sensitive listings and fitment issues.

Data-led operations

Decisions are backed by SKU-level performance analysis, pricing sensitivity modelling and VAT/disbursement reconciliation — not guesswork.

Data privacy & security practices

How client and customer data is handled.

Managing a Seller Central account means occasionally touching Amazon data, including order and customer information. Our practices are built around Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, covering credential security, data retention, network protection and incident response.

Credential management

  • No Seller Central passwords are ever requested or stored — access is granted solely through Amazon's Authorized User Permissions.
  • Multi-factor authentication is enforced on all internal systems used to access Amazon data.
  • Any API keys or credentials used for account operations are encrypted at rest and rotated regularly.
  • Account access is reviewed regularly, and access for any departing team member is revoked immediately.

Personally identifiable information (PII)

  • Buyer PII (names, addresses, contact details) is only accessed where necessary to deliver customer service or fulfilment support.
  • PII is not retained beyond what's needed to complete the order or resolve the buyer's query, and is deleted well within Amazon's required retention limits.
  • PII is never stored on personal devices, removable media, or unsecured cloud storage.
  • Data is tagged and separated so PII and non-PII are never mixed in general reporting.

Network protection

  • All connections to Amazon systems use encrypted, secure protocols (TLS) — data is never transmitted in plain text.
  • Devices and systems used for account management run up-to-date anti-malware protection and are patched regularly.
  • Access to internal systems is limited to approved team members who've completed data protection training.
  • Account activity is monitored for unusual patterns so issues can be caught early.

Incident management

  • A documented incident response plan is in place covering identification, containment, resolution and follow-up.
  • Any suspected security incident affecting Amazon data is escalated internally without delay and reported to Amazon within the required 24-hour window.
  • A named point of contact is responsible for coordinating incident response and communicating with affected clients.
  • Lessons from any incident are reviewed and used to update our procedures.
These practices are reviewed against Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy on an ongoing basis. Full technical documentation is available to sellers on request as part of onboarding.
